What hearings do I need to attend?

 

Normally, you do not need to attend any hearings other than the meeting of creditors. You do not need to attend hearings on Motion to Avoid Liens or on most other motions. You do need to attend your Meeting of Creditors or 341 Meeting.  If you do not know whether you should be at a hearing, you should contact our office.
